We all need different ways to improve photography and sometimes that takes stepping out of our comfort zone. This week I am putting up a photography challenge that will last for 7 weeks. Each week I will post what the challenge is and at the end of each week I will share the top 3 images from the challenge on my Instagram stories.
I've found challenges to be extremely useful in the past, allowing me to learn something new, branch out and force myself to push my limits and I hope it does the same for you.
This weeks challenge is flowers. Try to shoot the image in a way that defines your subject with exquisite detail. The wonderful thing about this challenge is you can use any lens or cellphone camera and achieve amazing results. For instance, the image below was taken on a 6 year old DSLR and a kit lens, nothing fancy at all. If you have any questions feel free to email me or message me on social media.
